Sintering is a thremal treatment process applied to powder sample in order to convert it to a compact while increasing the strength and integrity of the material. Generally, temperature used for sintering process is below melting point of the major constituent of powder sample.

Microwave atmosphere furnace HY-QS3016 is multifunctional sintering furnace with a large heating space of Φ150×120mm and is capalble of various atmophere conditions ie, oxidizing gas, inert gas, weak reducing gas etc.

HY-QS3016 offers 40 segments of programmable technical parameters including microwave output power, sintering temperature, sintering time, cooling time, atmosphere flow, etc.

• Applications

HY-QS3016 is especially suitable for metal powder sintering, but can also be applied to pyrolysis, synthesis, calcination as well as other thermal treatment process under various atmosphere conditions. Furthermore, the pre-vaccum pumping function can substantially save time for gas exchanging.
